The Exclusive Councilman Club is a fraternal organization founded on the principles of:

To ensure the integrity and longevity of our organization, we have established the following bylaws:
Name: The official name of this organization shall be The Councilman Club (hereinafter referred to as “the Club”).
Purpose: The Club is a private, members-only organization dedicated to the appreciation, education, and responsible enjoyment of fine bourbons. Our mission is to foster camaraderie among enthusiasts, explore unique selections, and promote knowledge of bourbon heritage and craftsmanship.
- Annual dues are $250.
- A one-time initiation fee of $100 is required upon joining.
- Members are responsible for attending meetings and participating in club activities.
- Regular meetings are held monthly.
- Members are expected to attend at least 75% of meetings.
- Absence from meetings without prior notice may result in disciplinary action.
- Members are expected to uphold the organization's beliefs and values.
- Members must treat others with respect and refrain from any harmful or unethical behavior.
- Violations of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action.
- The disciplinary committee will investigate and review any alleged violations of the bylaws or code of conduct.
- Disciplinary action may include suspension or expulsion from the organization.
- These bylaws may be amended by a two-thirds vote of the membership.
- Proposed amendments must be submitted in writing to the bylaws committee.
- The bylaws committee will review and recommend amendments to the membership for approval.
In the event of the dissolution of the Exclusive Councilman Club, its assets will be distributed to a charitable organization designated by the membership.
